The hotel was super clean and the service perfect. the breakfast had a great variety (the south indian dishes were my favourite!). glen helped me a lot with my luggage and directions. the room service was prompt. They always delivered food quickly.
the air conditioning in my room made a slight noise at night.

the staff were helpful , assisting with directions.
i found the room quite small , and the air conditioning was not effective. it struggled to cool the space, even on the highest setting. the bathroom lacked proper ventilation , , made it uncomfortable after showers.

the front desk staff were very helpful, akshay and pravin s kept the rooms clean. the breakfast had indian and continental choices, so adults and kids had options. i thought it was a nice cozy hotel, right on juhu tara road.
the small rooms were something i noticed. the bathroom had some wear and tear and better lighting could help. i think fixing these things would make a difference.

breakfast service by hina was very good, i found her courteous and quick. the breakfast spread included dhokla and fafda, though these came out around 9 am, a bit late for early risers.
